Brian J. Macak ’06 co-owns five Jimmy John’s restaurants .Under Macak’s leadership, all stores have grown sales figures by double digit percentages over the last three years. He has 100 employees between all of the stores. His goal is to further expand franchise ownership into other Wisconsin cities with his business partner, Brad Pachefsky.  Originally from Milwaukee, Brian now lives in Wausau, Wisconsin. He has recently taken up curling and enjoys competing in triathalons across the state.
